What is Virtual Tenancy?
A “Virtual Tenant” is a business that does not have a designated office at Wimmera Business Centre, but accesses the services of the Centre. Virtual Tenants can be any type of Business, from Home Based to established business.
An annual fee of $200.00 plus GST will provide your business with:
- A page on our website including a picture/photo, text (no more than half a page) and a link to your website.
- Business cards to be located at Wimmera Business Centre reception area along with incubator tenants cards. Please note that only business cards of virtual tenants or incubator tenants will be available on display at our centre.
- Twice yearly a promotional email from the Wimmera Business Centre on behalf of your business to our tenant database, BEC client database and other external databases. You determine the content of these emails as it would be solely for your business.
- Two free monthly business magazines (available pick up only).
- Hire of the Interview Room at the reduced rate of $7 plus GST per hour instead of the standard rate of $10 plus GST per hour.
- One free business coaching session of up to two hours.
